Individual Cremation
We are dedicated to providing respectful and dignified treatment of those pets entrusted to us. We understand how important receiving your pet's ashes — and only your pet's ashes — is to you. That’s why we offer private cremations, meaning no other pet in the cremation unit during the process. We utilize a double paper system for each pet that follows them through the aftercare process to ensure all your wishes are fulfilled and only their cremains are returned to you.
Your beloved pet will be treated in a respectful and dignified manner from the time they are picked up at your home or veterinary office, until they are returned to you.

- Our office operates by appintment only. This allows us to provide attentive, compassionate care for every family and pet we serve.

Emergency Availability
- In the event of a death of a pet, staff are available by phone 24/7 to assist with emergency arrangements. Please call our office at 1-803-356-1610
Payment Policy
- Payment is due prior to services being provided. Our staff will be happy to review available options and pricing with you before arrangements are finalized.

Cremation Pick-up Appointments
- Please contact our office during normal business hours Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to schedule an appointment to talk with one of our service coordinators
- A $25 missed appointment fee will apply if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment to pick up your loved one, do not provide prior notice, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
Advanced Preparations
- Planning ahead can provide peace of mind and ensure that your wishes are honored when the time comes.
- Please contact our office at 803-356-1610 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., to schedule an appointment with one of our Service Coordinators. During your appointment, you can discuss your wishes for your beloved pet and make payment arrangements in advance.
- When the time comes, your plans will already be in place, allowing you to focus on saying goodbye to your beloved companion.
Home Removals starting at $95.00
- A mileage fee for removals may apply.
Exotic Pet Cremation Starting at $75.00
- Exotic pets include but are not limited to: Birds, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Bearded Dragons etc.
