Individual Cremation
We are dedicated to providing respectful and dignified treatment of those pets entrusted to us. We understand how important receiving your pet's ashes — and only your pet's ashes — is to you. That’s why we offer private cremations, meaning no other pet in the cremation unit during the process. We utilize a double paper system for each pet that follows them through the aftercare process to ensure all your wishes are fulfilled and only their cremains are returned to you.
Your beloved pet will be treated in a respectful and dignified manner from the time they are picked up at your home or veterinary office, until they are returned to you.
Hours of Operation
- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9am until 5pm.
- Please call 1-803-356-1610 to schedule an appointment to pick up or drop off your beloved pet.
- Staff are available 24/7 for emergencies via our office phone at 1-803-356-1610.
After Hours Fees
- After Hours (5pm - 9pm) Drop Off: $50.00
- Weekend (7am - 9pm) Drop Off: $50.00
- After Hours / Weekend (9pm - 7am) Drop Off: $100.00
- Holiday Drop Off: $125.00
Advanced Preparations
- Contact our office at 1-803-356-1610 during normal business hours M-F 9am to 5pm and set up an appointment to talk with one of our service coordinators.
- Go over all your wishes for your beloved pet and take care of payment ahead of time so when your beloved pet crosses the rainbow bridge everything will be taken care of.
Home Removals
- Prices start at the following and are subject to change depending on customer needs and staffing.
- $95.00 in Lexington and Richland Counties.
- Out of Town Pick-up (45min from office): $115.00
- Out of Town Pick-up (More than 45min from office): GPS Mileage x 2.5
Exotic Pet Cremation Starting at $75.00
- Exotic pets include but are not limited to: Birds, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, Bearded Dragons etc.
- Prices start at the above listed price and are subject to change depending on customer needs and staffing.
- Removal and return to your Veterinary Office at no charge to you in Lexington & Richland County
- Removal and return to your Veterinary Office outside of Lexington and Richland County may include a one time removal fee based on mileage to your Veterinary Office.
- We request you setup an appointment by calling us @ 1-803-356-1610 to make sure staff are available to assist you in your time of need.
- Urns and other memorial products are available at an additional charge.
